At JG Prime, we believe in performance for the client, taking our services back to the principles of building surveying giving quality, specialisation and value to the homeowner.

Johnathon Gillies BSc (Hons), MRICS,  MFPWS

Johnathon started his career with the family firm Johnson Gillies in 1997 and through part time study qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, at the University of Greenwich sponsored by the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  He also holds an HNC in Construction and is a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

During his training at University, in 2001 he became part of the firm of Malcolm Hollis gaining experience in Commercial Dilapidations and Party Walls.  In 2004 after gaining his degree he joined PSK Prout Tillbrook in Londons West End developing his skills in the commercial sector in Dilapidations, Design, Contract Administration and Construction.

Johnathon now specialises in Party Walls and specialist Eco properties from new builds to renovations to help the carbon impact of construction on the environment.

Trevor Howe MRICS

Trevor started his career in 1976 with Humberts, Chartered Surveyors, and after nine years, moved to Slade Parry Ltd. Trevor moved from the west country joined Johnson Gillies in 2007 developing their building surveying services.

Trevor is well qualified in technical issues and holds HNC Building Studies (Building Surveying Options) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Trevor specialises in Property Defect analysis and surveying.

Johnathon and Trevor met in 2007 and have been working together ever since complimenting each others expertise.
