JG Prime is a practice of Chartered Building Surveyors, which specialises in residential property acquisition surveys, defects inspections and management of client building works. Since 2012, we have taken our work seriously and look at our approach to jobs and take them back to the principals of Building Surveying. Very few practices now have the knowledge for one person to manage a project without having to get multiple consultants involved.

JG Prime, as well as undertaking our core building surveys, was set up originally to deal with the specialist nature and increasing volume of self builders along with the interest of residential clients about Eco Housing or converting older properties to be more energy efficient.

Our knowledge of building construction has helped us to advise our clients through their journey as either property purchasers or self builders as to the best approach to dealing with aspects of creating a sustainable and environmentally friendly property for future generations.

We have also helped commercial clients achieve BREEAM excellent rating on the fitout and refurbishment of existing buildings by applying the same rationale that we have learnt with our residential innovative clients.

With this commercial knowledge in specific eco and energy efficient construction methods, we have aided various self builders along their journey to produce their dream eco build property.
